The Background

UBT is a global enterprise spanning 19 countries. Perfect Sense Energy worked with Zestec Asset Management to install an investor-funded system on their HQ in Warwick. Perfect Sense Energy worked with Zestec to design a 226 kWp business solar panel system on the roof of Exchange Place.

The Solution

As an investor-funded project, UBT paid nothing for the system. The client will purchase generated power from the investor at a significantly lower rate than they were paying for electricity from the grid, meaning instant savings and no capital outlay. 90% of the generated power is expected to be used on-site by UBT, this is expected to be around 219,131 kWh per year.

The Results & Feedback
