The Background

Dean Group are a long-established family-owned UK foundry based in Manchester. Dean Group were interested in a Solar PV installation to help reduce their energy spending and improve their carbon footprint.

The Solution

Perfect Sense Energy’s in-house design team designed a bespoke 134kw Solar PV System for their site, sized for efficiency based on their electricity consumption. This system will generate free, clean energy that will power Dean Group’s site daily.

The Results & Feedback

This 134 kWp system will generate over 104,000kWh in year 1, providing Dean Group with a total year 1 saving of £25,218 including tax savings. The project payback period for this system is around 4 years. This system helps Dean Group reduce their reliance on grid power and protects against future cost rises.
