The Background

Laltex Group has been in business for over 60 years. Based in the North West, UK, they supply products from across their 8 divisions to the wholesale, retail and promotional markets on a national and European level. Laltex Group were keen to start their sustainability journey and looked into a commercial solar panels installation to get themselves on the road to net zero.

The Solution

Perfect Sense Energy‘s in-house design team designed a bespoke 224.68 kw Commercial Solar PV System for Laltex Group’s site, sized for efficiency based on their electricity consumption. This system will generate free, clean energy which will power Laltex’s site everyday.

The Results & Feedback

This 224.68 kWp solar PV system will generate over 203,000 kWh in year 1, providing Laltex with a total year 1 savings of over £41,300. The project payback period for this system is around 2-3 years. This solar system helps Laltex reduce their carbon emissions, protects against future cost rises and saves them money on energy.
