UBT are a global enterprise spanning 19 countries. Perfect Sense Energy worked with Zestec Asset Management to install an investor funded system on their HQ in Warwick. Perfect Sense Energy worked with Zestec to design a 226 kWp Solar PV system on the roof of Exchange Place.
As an investor funded project, the client paid nothing for the system. The client will purchase generated power from the investor at a significantly lower rate than they were paying for electricity from the grid, meaning instant savings and no capital outlay. 90% of the generated power is expected to be used on site by UBT, this is expected to be around 219,131 kWh per year.

They successfully navigated a complex legal ownership structure and have delivered a high-quality system which is forecast to provide £900k of electricity cost savings during the term of the Lease. It has been a pleasure working with the team and I can endorse their quality customer-focused solar PPA solution.”
“we are saving almost £1m over 30 years for £0 outlay and this is going straight to the bottom line which increases what we are able to donate to charity.”
